Identification Requirements
Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. This is required for security and record-keeping purposes, as per Indian hotel regulations.
For guests booking directly with AP Hotel, ID verification is conducted in person at check-in.
For guests booking through third-party platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc.), we follow the verification process aligned with that platform, and primarily confirm that the guest checking in matches the booking details provided.
Guest Conduct
AP Hotel welcomes all guests and reserves the right to verify booking and identification details at check-in to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all guests and staff.
Smoking, alcohol, and other hotel-specific rules are subject to applicable local laws and hotel discretion. Please contact us directly for any specific queries regarding hotel rules before booking.
Payments
AP Hotel does not accept or process payments directly through this website. All payments related to bookings made via third-party platforms are handled by those platforms. For direct bookings made via phone or email, payment terms will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
