Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please note: AP Hotel does not process online payments or bookings directly through this website. All room bookings and any associated payments made through Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, or any other third-party platform are governed entirely by that platform’s own cancellation, refund, and payment policies.
For Direct Bookings (via Phone Call or Email Enquiry)
If you book directly with AP Hotel by phone or email (not through a third-party platform), the following applies:
– Cancellations made more than 3 days before the check-in date: No cancellation charge.
– Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date: A cancellation charge may apply, equivalent to one night’s stay.
– No-shows (guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior cancellation): Full charge for the first night may apply.
Refunds, where applicable for direct bookings, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment used.
For Bookings via Third-Party Platforms
If your reservation was made through Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Justdial, or any similar platform, your cancellation and refund request must be made directly through that platform. AP Hotel will honor the cancellation and refund terms set by the platform through which the booking was made, as we do not control the payment or refund process on these platforms.
Modifications to Bookings
To modify a direct booking (change of dates, room type, or number of guests), please contact us at the earliest at 011 2356 1846 or helpdesk@aphotelsdelhi.com. Modifications are subject to room availability.
